I spent approximately 5 weeks trying to get my wisdom teeth pulled. The only appointment that went smoothly was the first one. The very first appointment they told me I needed my wisdom teeth pulled. They scheduled it for the following Wednesday. I get there and there’s no appointment for my wisdom teeth to get taken care of. They schedule it for the following Wednesday. First I will say I didn’t want to write a bad review for this location because not every interaction here was bad. My first disappointment was with a dentist who told me the level of pain I was feeling wasn’t what it actually was. He got mad that I told him I felt pain and gave me an injection to numb me but did not wait for it to take affect. He started working on my teeth right away. This is my first time getting a teeth cleaning here, and it will definitely be my last. I had an appointment for the cleaning, and the entire process took two hours. The front desk staff were not very friendly. After going in and having an X-ray, I just lay there on the chair waiting, while being asked to sign various documentations. Horrible service, not even 5 minutes and they claimed they have “cleaned” my teeth. Installed my crown backwards, and it eventually fell off. Overcharged me for the visit, and then had the audacity to refuse to pay me back my money. Worst dental clinic ever.
Dr. Tung has the worst bedside manner of any Doctor I've ever experienced. Currently she's working out of West Coast Dental in Rancho Cucamonga. She took out my Wisdom teeth on Friday 8/23/25 under Nitrous Oxide treatment. Prior to the procedure Dr. Tung explained that the procedure would be very easy a 15 minute procedure. I was half out and she was super aggressive. Told me to stop crying and told me she could stop and I could go somewhere else if I wanted to. How do you stop a procedure in the middle of it?
