Poor service. Hygienest (not sure if I'm allowed to use names so I'll call her N) was not good, didn't know how to control suction tube, flooded my neck and shirt, forgot to clean half my mouth, and was scraping plaque into my gums instead of away. When I tried to express my concerns she assured me she recently passed her test and knows what she's doing. Front staff frequently forget to follow up on items. Came saturday 8:00 AM and they opened at 8:19 AM because they forgot the key. Wasted my time now im late to work.
Edit: People at the front desk were working with me on the unnecessary charge so I will bump my 1 star to a 3 star.
Day was the best taking my x-rays she was so fast and so polite She made my appointment feel great
One of the nicest office and staff. They were very helpful in getting my mom scheduled for a tooth extraction and explained things well and my mom had minimal pain during the procedure. I recommend this office to anyone.
