Absolutely Horrific Experience I had an appointment for my 6-year-old at 9:00 AM, and per the office’s instructions, she was required to fast beforehand. By 11:00 AM — two full hours later — my daughter was still waiting, hungry and uncomfortable, without even being called in. When the dentist finally emerged, instead of an apology, she informed me she would take my child to the treatment room but that I was not allowed to accompany her. Worst place ever! My husband had an appointment at 3:30 and we are barely leaving at 6PM. The doctor never even looked at him once they just had him going from room to room and only took pictures. Also I was sitting in the waiting area as I overheard two of the office ladies mocking a client that called and had asked to speak to a higher up. Very rude and unprofessional.
Dr Ali and greicy were very generous and the best. Thank you so much for bettering my smile like always. I always look forward to coming in to this office(:
Horrible service. Made my girlfriend wait for 3 hours even though she had an appointment for a full work up. Ended up not fixing her tooth at all and instead sent us home without having any work done. They were also so rude and condescending to us and told my girlfriend their work will make her tooth “look bad”.
