March20,2026 Front desk is Rude Rude she smurk smile because i have to come back the next day. I want to have Prophylaxis DC with hygienist i told them. They book me on the day there's no hygienist. Didn't tell me no hygienist til I came in for appointment. They play with me telling me a 9:45,then said my appointment is 10:30. Her pathetic excuse for telling me wrong time plus no hygienist like i ask for.Waste my gas money im going elsewhere.
February 25,2026 First visit at this location. Front desk girl said I need to have this specific medi-cal card to have treatment here. I have IEHP,Medicare cards and only medi-cal member numero. What about the front sign it says" Accept All Insurance include Medi-Cal. She made big deal i don't have physical medi-cal card.
Staff at the front are so kind and friendly, especially Arely. Dr & other staff are also very gentle and kind. This was the first time I had no pain during a visit and they went above and beyond so I would feel okay and not panic. 10/10 visit 😍
Honest review: Update: The temp crown they made me fell off 2 days later and I had to go back in. It was so uncomfortable the whole 2 days I felt like Rudolph when they make him wear that black nose to cover his red one. So back I go.. I just had a rct done today..good quality treatment. But I must warn u..and it’s the reason I write this review. It took 2 hrs for an initial routine exam. Came for my first visit and was welcomed by pleasant front desk staff. Joshua performed my dental X-rays with ease and comfort. He also did a good job in assisting Dr Kolahi in doing my fillings Mary Jane has been very thorough and skillful in doing my dental cleaning. She has also been very efficient in coordinating and accommodating all the tests and procedures that has to be done that day. Dr Kolahi has been very professional and pleasant.
