This place is absolutely horrible. I was seeing a different dental practice that canceled my 6 month check up last minute and I called this place to get in so I didn't have to wait months at my normal practice. What a mistake. I thought it was great that they could get me in within a few days, but I quickly realized that there was a reason for that. Great experience today at the dentist..friendly and caring staff. Props to the receptionist who was handling a busy desk from the moment the office opened and absolutely caring and attention to detail dental staff Mariam or Mariane K. (I forgot the spelling to her name. ) while doing my routine cleaning.
It was a good appointment. Everyone was very thorough in making sure I understood what was going on/what I needed. I waited a ridiculous amount of time, but it’s ok. Madeline is actually the kindest technician I have ever encountered. She made sure to reassure me at any moment I needed it, was very soft spoken, and even held my hand when I had to get a shot. I don’t handle needles well and instead of making me feel childish about it, she comforted me to the max.
Maria and Raquel was incredibly gentle and made me feel at ease while removing my old bridge. Dr. A was thorough and kind throughout the process. The entire team provided excellent care, and the office experience was smooth and comfortable from start to finish.
