My mother recently visited your clinic for treatment. Unfortunately, she was spoken to in a loud and disrespectful manner by one of the doctors simply because she does not speak English fluently. In order to ensure clear communication, my husband tried to interpret for her, but the doctor scolded him and told him to turn off the phone. It is deeply concerning that a healthcare professional, whose duty is to support patients, would treat a patient in such a disrespectful and dismissive way.
