I have been coming to this dental office since 2021, and have had a couple of different dentists. I also tried a couple of other local dentists in different locations, I can say that this dental office is the best so far as for quality of staff and pricing. I currently have Dr. Shah-Michael team working on my bridge. I really like Dr. Shah for her being very competent and caring. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ALL TIME! HIGHLY EMPRESSIVE!
First, this is the coldest office I have ever been in. Make sure to bring a thick coat because I’m pretty sure they keep the temperature at 55 degrees. The air conditioning was on when it was already 60 degrees outside. I absolutely FROZE. For my consultation/cleaning, it took 50 minutes to be called back for X-rays and then I waited another 45 minutes to see the Dr. then waited another 20 minutes for cleaning and night guard fitting. For my night guard follow up appointment 2 weeks later, I had to wait 1 hour in the waiting... read more
