Just waste my time. I had appointment for cleaning at 9:30. (They told me my insurance covered cleaning) Doctor checked me at 10:30. After taking a lot of x-ray ( they got X-ray wrong and repeat it some time- stuff couldnt even get X-ray) they told me cleaning is not covered and I have to pay 110$. Worst experience and wasting time.

I use Cal Optima/Dentical and after waiting in the office for an hour I was placed in dentists chair for over an hour only to be told that the dentist was going home for the day and I would have to reschedule...Further, they refused to do my cleaning as guaranteed by Cal Optima they said I would need a "deep cleaning" which would cost me out of pocket! With all honesty there is no professionalism here, the lack of organization definatly effects the flow of their business. I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment, signed in and waited for an hour and 32 mins to be called back. Would definatly search around for a honest and more affordable dentist to perform your procedures.

This dental and ortho place will constantly add more charges that are not needed. I have great insurance for my son but for some reason they still want to charge a lot for work. My son started braces a year ago and they still haven't completed his set. They also lost a payment and after proving to them I paid they are still trying to charge me. The girls are very unprofessional and seem very inexperienced. Would NEVER recommend this place.
