Dr. Mina and Eric did my teeth fillings and they were amazing through it all. Made sure I was comfortable the entire time and were really quick and gentle.
I would like to thank the team starting with Vicky the receptionist and her Manager, also JoJo Xtray tec. Who made the exception on allowing my sisternlaw to be seen today as she had access pick her up and bring her to the office on borrowed time. The team was so helpful and pleasant to be around. My experience here was great! The front dest is really polite and cheerful. They were ready to answer questions without hesitation. Both in English and Spanish. The management was very knowledgeable and understanding for patients concerns due to longer wait times. I took my son in for a procedure on a Monday morning and the office was pretty busy, I counted at least 20 patients in the waiting room. Honestly, Dr Park is really kind but I had an okay experience the first time with my cleaning. This time with an appointment for my ex rays, the assistants were super nice but one of doctors in black scrubs said I’ll be right back And DID NOT come back for MORE than 15 minutes. He did put back the chair or bring it down and had me just laying their flat. I had to get off and ask one of the people walking by.
