I’m thankful to have gone to another dentist for a second opinion. I have not been to this office since I moved out of state (7 months +). Before moving I received a bill and paid in full. Dentist are nice but this place will seriously waste your time, they had me in here twice before and made me wait a whole hour each time telling me they were gonna do a procedure but dentist wasn’t here the first time but made me come in?? Second time next day dentist didn’t have the right equipment?? Each time I’ve come it’s been hour wait like why schedule if you arent gonna take me and waste my time?
I am so emotional writing this because I’ve spent years fearful of the dental work I needed and struggling to find a dentist I could trust. But my experience at West Coast Dental in Norco completely changed that. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so kind. We have not had a great experience at this location. The front desk person, I don’t recall her name, has very poor customer service skills. She does not pronounce your name correctly even after you’ve told her the correct pronunciation. My wife is still receiving ortho treatment and they lost her trays which means they have to take a new imprint and wait for new trays from the lab. This has occurred twice. I started my daughters braces about 5 months ago the Dr is great the only issue I have is that when my daughters wire is extremely long since her appointments are 6 weeks apart it cuts into her cheeks they seem to have a problem and don’t want to cut it for her since her treatment started she has only been here once to get it cut, I bring her in today and I’m told they can’t keep cutting it when all other times they’re only giving her wax it’s the second time in 5 months she actually gets her wire cut her treatment is paid i... read more
