Very disappointed by the behaviour of one of your drivers tonight. I indicated to merge into the lane with plenty of notice, but instead of allowing me in, the driver accelerated to block me. They then drove extremely close behind my car in an aggressive and intimidating manner. This kind of driving is dangerous and reflects poorly on the company. I hope this is addressed, as no one should have to deal with that on the road.
