Very friendly staff and surgeon. Being a pregnant patient and having surgery with only local anethesia for 4 wisdom teeth they definitely made sure I was comfortable from start to finish. I couldn't of had a better experience!!

Our entire experience with the West Coast Center for Jaw Surgery for my daughter’s wisdom teeth removal was absolutely wonderful. During the consult, Dr Thigpen and his team helped us feel very comfortable and well prepared for post-op care. My daughter, normally very nervous, went into surgery feeling very confident and relaxed. She went in early on a Friday morning and was out very quickly with little to no pain. Horrible, horrible, horrible! Not 1 friendly, professional person in this place. Right from the start i was treated like i was dirt and that it was my fault that they didn't tell me not to take my medication, then the nurse was so nasty to me i started to cry (had me scared to death)The sad thing is that Dr Thigpen had no idea how to console me or stop has own nurse from being so nasty to me.
