Once the technician saw the scope of the work he gave me suggestions of the solutions he thought were best to eliminate the odor and pet stains. Overall the job was done perfectly and I couldnt be happier. I am more than happy with the whole experience.
Love the smell of the rug, it was in desperate need of really good cleaning. The technician sjuggested taking the rug to one of their factories to get a better outcome and I let him take it and it returned about 4 days later. As I saw the outcome of the cleaning I was shocked and very impressed. The outcome was astonishing, no way I could have for better results. Just took a moment to show some gratitude and thank the team for great service and work.
I had a huge water damage situation and I really needed some help. I had no idea what to do and thank goodness I decided to have West Coast Carpet Care- GREEN CLEANING. Theyre work was splendid and left the carpet dry as a whistle without any further mildew building up. I was overwhelmed with their astonishing work I am so glad I had them come out for the job.
So many things I can say about this company but what tops it all off is they are diligent workers and everyone knows how to keep me happy. I have a cockatoo and it poops everywhere, because its out of the cage and flying everywhere, well it gets pooped on everything and anything. I tried cleaning it up but the ones that dry up before I could even notice them, leave behind a white stain and not only did I want to clean it up but I also wanted to sanitize the sofas and chairs. Definitely my kind of cleaning. They use non-toxic products which is awesome and leave the carpet looking good. Really get in there and get all the stains and dirt out. My carpet is cleaner than ever.
Green cleaning is the way to go. Its not toxic what so ever good for the environment and for you and any pets you might own

It was really frustrating and depressing as a mom seeing my daughter constantly crying. The carpets in my house would always shock my daughter when she would touch things and start crying all the time. SUPERB WORK!!My carpet got filthy over the years and I was almost sure that I was going to have to replace it. I called West Coast Carpet Care and pretended like I just needed the carpet cleaned so they wouldn't try to trick me into replacing it. They came over and did not say anything about replacing it so I asked them if it was time. The technician said it was not necessary at all and got right to work. I could have sworn it was new carpeting after they were done.
