called to schedule a tint job. was told it's first come first serve. so I was first in the parking lot this morning. then was never told I had to leave the truck because they have to sanitize the inside first and it takes two hour just for that. yet the dude who opened the store up after he hit the building with his car didn't even have a mask on. $79 special was not the tint they specify on the webpage. this is definitely not the west coast Audio I know. Had these guys put in window tint during the Labor Day sale extremely professional and great quality. Edit: they didn’t have my selection of tint in stock at the time so they upgraded me for free!
I have used Westcoast car audio on a number of my vehicle's always give incredible service and stand behind their work if you have a problem which is very rare
they are very respectful and super polite I recommend anybody coming here I only waited 30 minutes to get my new deck installed and I love it

I needed to disconnect my car remote they installed in order to program my truck. But they failed to mention they wanted to charge me to reprogram that module, after they disconnected the remote model. This is 30 sec of work and they refused to show me how (I bought the alarm from them and had them install). They just told me to come back later just to get me out the door. Total scam...
