After I rang late one afternoon, David came out the very next morning to check out our submersible pump problem, already prepared with a quote in case it had to be replaced. Upon a handshake he then proceeded (in 40 Deg heat) to remove the pump himself with the promise of returning the following Monday to install the new one. I had a really positive experience with West Coast Bore Services, 3 years ago he drilled a long way down for me in Wellard. The bore has been awesome and my garden has never looed better. I just had my first issue and emailed to ask what could be wrong. I got a call back withing an hour and they are coming out to fix it. You don't get service like this these day! I would recommend them to anyone who needs a bore
