Easy buying experience quick and simple
West Coast Auto Group is a great place to buy a car! Their prices are reasonable and the staff fair minded. We bought a car for our daughter 2 years ago. The car had an issue (unknown to them or us) that was not repairable. Instead of saying 'Sorry. As is', they replaced the car with something similar! Recently, our daughter's car was involved in a minor accident and the insurance company totaled it, leaving us in need of another vehicle quickly. I had a really great experience buying a car from West Coast Auto in Costa Mesa. The entire team was super friendly and attentive, allowing everyone to feel welcomed and relaxed. At first I was really nervous because this was my first time financing but the sales guy Manny was really helpful and informative, explaining everything to me thoroughly and walking me through the whole process. Over the past weekend, I drove up to West Coast Auto Group Inc to look for a new used car. I found my brand new baby here! I got a 2019 Mini Cooper Convertible. The process was super fast and easy. The people working there are wonderful, informative and are not trying to pull a fast one on you. Manny in particular helped me out! If you are woman, feel free to go up there without a man. They will not fool you here! Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a new used car for you or a loved one!
