I have never had such a disappointing experience at a dealership. The staff were not only unprofessional but also disrespectful throughout our visit. We initially went in with the intention of trading in our vehicle for a Toyota van. However, after waiting more than 20 minutes for the numbers, the salesperson, Javier, returned without the requested information. Absolutely would recommend going here for buying or trading in a car!! Leo and Dave were awesome we brought in our car for trade in with a situation that was a little more difficult. They worked with us and got us a car that we can depend on with our large family. We appreciate their kindness, understanding, and ability to work out a deal for us!
