they forget to tighten or they over tighten lug nuts, then claim they are not responsible when the lugs brake and/or your wheel falls off....
This place is great! I won’t take my car anywhere else from now on. My 2010 Ford Escape has given me a few problems, and they were always quick, efficient, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and have excellent customer service. They communicate well, and with each encounter with their shop I have received exemplary service
Honesty and integrity. I have been telling anyone who will listen. As a single mom with very little car knowledge it feels good to know that there are honest people in this business. They could have taken advantage of my ignorance but instead taught me a few things. I'll never use another mechanic in this town! Thank you West Coast!
