Great company. Local alarm monitoring not off-shore 3rd world monitoring like telus offers. Good installers that do good old school work the right way.... Not the easy cheep way. Will use them again and again.

We use west coast alarms for many of our projects. As a security expert myself I know they do great work and provide good service and actually take care of their clients. Will continue to use west coast alarms in the future.
Again.Cancelled service after selling home.1 and a half years later.No refund for continued billing.Clayton never sent cheque .Had to block account.Mysterious bookkeeper never supplied letter of 12 years of who paid for billing and upgraded system put in.This after 12 years of service.
