after a week of trying to get ahold of them, they have not returned my emails or voicemails, which is difficult when you’re trying to book a time slot that states a phone call is required to book
Update: the clinic has resolved the problem with the prescription after 9 days. I appreciate that the owner/management team monitor the reviews and help addressing the issues. I am changing my rating from 1- to 4-star. After being dismissed by my doctor who wanted me to go on a higher dose of an anti-anxiety medication I found West Coast ADHD. I took the free test and booked a consultation and once seen by a practitioner received medication within a day. This diagnosis has been a game changer. For the first time in years I feel truly happy and have the ability to focus and maintain work projects. Listen to what your body is telling you and advocate for your health.
