Having had a shoddy experience with the customer care at the Adult ADHD Centre, it was a breath of fresh air working with the folks West Coast Adult ADHD. Emailing back and forth with Alex, my initial intake call with Samantha and my assessment with Rebecca were all so smooth, so professional and above all else, so friendly. I was made to feel comfortable throughout and will now be continuing the journey with treatment trials, follow-ups and whatever else.
Very disappointed in patient care. Denied due to mental health. ADHD had a deep bidirectional relationship with mental health. They are co occurring. Yet you deny someone for it.
Very helpful and thorough with their intake and assessment. Really take the time and resources to give you extended care and treatment if you want and need. Definitely recommend!
