Communication is extremely POOR and very unprofessional when it does occur. Very hard to reach anyone to talk to in person when there is an emergent need. Your investment and time is best spent elsewhere.
Communication is lacking. They couldn’t sell our place. We switched companies and they sold it quickly. Communication is poor on the real estate and property management side.
Would leave no stars if possible, unfortunately.
