Had my radiator replaced. A week later my Jeep began running hot. According to the shop my Jeep was towed to a bad radiator cap caused the Jeep to run hot and crack a head gasket. Rusty had me call the warranty company because he was "too busy". I found out that the warranty company would accept fault for faulty repair but not responsibility for "consequential damages" .After a week of back and forth, I finally got Rusty to refund my Aunt the money she'd paid for the repair but now I have no vehicle. Rusty and all of these guys have taken care of us from the first day we moved to Jones County 8 years ago. They are AWESOME!! I couldn't ask for a more honest and trustworthy group. Love them!!!
Rusty takes good care of the customers. I recommend him to everyone that needs work done to their vehicle. He also takes and dishes out abuse pretty well too.
