Amazing people work here !! They all have been so caring and always as helpful as they can be !! It truly takes people like them to do the job they do !!
We made an appointment for 7am, but when we arrived, they weren't open. (They don't open until 730). How did the appointment-making person miss that? Also, the receptionist had personal music playing at her desk (perhaps from a phone?): it was tinny and scratchy and audible throughout the room. There was no waiting room music playing to cover it and it was pretty annoying. We were the first appointment of the day, but were still seen 30 minutes late. In February 2014 I was diagnosed with stage 4 Bladder and Prostate cancer. Dr Moon Fenton, Dr Anthony Paterson and the Awesome Crew at The West Clinic and Methodist Hospital, with the guidance of our Awesome and Amazing God saved my life. I am now headed into my 3rd year, CANCER FREE. Thank you God, Dr Fenton, Dr Patterson and The West Clinic. No matter what you go through, hold your head up and stay Positive and thank God for every day.
The place wasn't clean. They was slow my appointment was at 3:30 I wasn't seen until 4:15. I love my location in Southaven Ms. Never want to come here again.
Never have I ever meet such an unprofessional oncology doctor in my life. Its time for my mom to transfer to a different location
I absolutely love this place. Everyone is friendly and helpful. It's small enough that it doesn't feel overwhelming. Dr. Todd Tillmanns is a gifted surgeon and has the BEST bedside manner. I wish no one ever needed a cancer center, but if they do - this is where I would recommend!
