We had an AMAZING experience. We showed up without an appointment after being extremely disappointed at the Toyota dealership where we had an appointment to view a RAV4 but our appointment fell through the cracks and we felt rushed to get in and get out. Can't say enough good about this place. The staff are amazing, and extremely professional, all areas are spotless, mechanics are A1, managers are outstanding, sales team are fantastic. Great experience with Lauren from the sales team!! We recently had to get a second car and we were not looking forward to the experience of actually getting one. We called in and were introduced to Lauren. She helped us understand our options, took us on a helpful test drive, and was not pushy at all.
