Greg upsold me $$$ worth of scratch, dent, rust, interior protections. When it comes time to honor the purchase they act like confused robots. To get a service booking is a nightmare here. Be aware ceramic coat, surface protection does NOT COVER SURFACE SCRATCES. THE $3500 PROTECTION IS FROM BIRD SHIT OR ACID RAIN ONLY.
