The ease of the initial rental process (online) is remarkably easy. If one chooses to rent over the phone the process is just as simple. Customer service is A1 and easily understood. The storage units overall are very clean! Given that my husband and myself have an outdoor and 1 climate controlled unit. The location of the units at first are confusing but once you find the unit your looking for it's hard to forget. This place sets the standard high, since this is our very first storage unit.
