I have lived many places and have three children. I was trying to establish care closer to home. This was the worst experience at a clinic. The front desk was not helpful, seemed like I was an inconvenience to them. Doctor Grigore my daughter was supposed to see never showed up!!! We had to find a nurse to ask when she’d be see (we were already in the back room) and they had to find someone to see where the doctor was. Front staff are very cold and unfriendly. Hardly a smile ... Nearly everytime I come I feel as if Im an inconvenience when I walk in. They need some customer service training for sure. Only reason I still come is my kids have only seen this Doctor since they were small.

Office staff is a joke. They used to be great not sure what happened. I have been going there for years but new folks I guess, I don't know. My doctor left the practice and I scheduled with a new doctor for a physical. They told me to call two weeks before to schedule lab work. I call to schedule it and now they tell me I have to see the doctor first to establish new patient care. Like I said I have been going there for years. I am not a new patient.
