The West Chimes apartments off of Wyoming Street has BED BUGS. My boyfriend lived there for a few months and kept complaining to the property manager, Diego (or Anna who doesn't speak English), and they did nothing. My boyfriend is extremely persistent and finally convinced them to call an exterminator who confirmed it was bed bugs along with roaches and other bugs all over the apartment. This business establishment is very unprofessional. I have never experienced so much unfairness from a business that is here to serve the people. The rules are clearly stated in the lease of the things that are and are not permitted on the West Chimes Properties, however they are loudly overlooked when it comes to certain tenants and the property manager of this business.
