I came in to look at a 2021 Toyota Corolla hatchback and expected a normal, simple visit. Instead, Randall made the entire experience uncomfortable from the moment he approached me. I had an issue with my Chevy. My wife had it towed to West Chevy because it wouldn’t start. We had an appointment to fix the air bag that day due to a recall so we thought they could also help with troubleshooting why it wasn’t starting. The tow truck driver dropped off the vehicle after hours so it wasn’t placed outside the gate. She representative stated they would need to move it inside the gate which would cost us $75 to move it 50 feet.
