UPDATE: We have been told several times someone would call us. No one has ever called us back. We are out money because of dishonest communication from West Chevrolet. Good customer service...was quick on doing the recall on my truck
Very kind, generous, always asking me was I happy with everything did I need anything else and the guy named Edward did everything possibly to fit me in An appointment. I will definitely go back soon. A bunch of smiling faces in the office made you feel at home.
