West Chester solicited our company to provide a grounds maintenance bid. We found it odd as we had received a request the previous week for the same site from a property mgmt company. We inquired about this with the property mgmt company and discovered they had sent the bid request to West Chester also. We transferred to Anchorage from the lower 48 and needed a place to stay for a month while we house-hunted and closed on the house we chose.
