I really enjoyed living at West Chester Place and stayed years longer than originally planned. Nice apartments and a great location, but still feels tucked away from all the congestion. And having a property owner/manager who knows all the residents, is on site often and personally responds (quickly) is rare.

Been here about a year. This has probably been the best renting experience I’ve ever had. My partner and I looked at the nearby complexes but none of them came close at all to the quality that you get with the ones here. Bill is an excellent landlord (super friendly and caring!) and is always around for any questions or concerns we have had. It’s also nice how quiet the building we are in is as we never hear any noise from other tenets. Looking forward to the pool opening soon! Best Apartment I have ever lived in. I have been living here for 6 years. The landlord is nice and always willing to help. Neighbors are kind, environment is good, room condition is great, and rent is reasonable. Highly recommended for people trying to settle down in West Chester area.
