The most predatory leasing company my entire family has ever come into contact with. Rented from them for 2 years and it was a disaster. They will nickel and dime you for absolutely anything they can. You will not get your security desposit back. It’s $300 for a fridge cleaning, $35 for a tv remote, $150 to steam carpets, and so on.
