Stay away from this dealer. They have poor customer service and their maintenance work is even worse. I just dropped off my employers mower for the third time with the same issue. First they say the PTO Clutch was out of adjustment causing it to blow fuse. Within 20 minutes of the repair,the same problem a blown fuse. This after they had it for a week. I brought in a snowblower for a tune up and oil change. I was told it would take 7 to 10 days and it took over a month. Service was over $200. Then it didn't run. I brought it back in and they've have it over a week and still have not looked at it. These guys are a waste of time.

Tried to buy a snow blower at West Chester Lawn & Garden?Garden today. There was only one 2-stage blower on display. It was last year's model. My attempts to get more information on when other models would be available were met by complete indifference by everyone I talked to. Wanted to support a local company. Guess I'll go buy a snow blower from a large multi-national conglomerate instead. For the life of me, I cannot figure out how West Chester Lawn and Garden stays in business. They honestly do not care about customers.

I recently purchased a used machine earlier last month. When I was there I was impressed with the terrific staff that had greeted me and showed me the Mower that I had come to see. I liked what I saw and I bought the mower that day. All was good until I had starting problems with the mower and had to jump it at each lawn in order to keep it running. More expensive than a surgeon and as unethical as a criminal – I called for a tune up on my riding mower and got taken for $171 and got my mower back 3 weeks later with nothing done. First instead of charging a % for a deposit they charged my card for an hour of service plus pick and and delivery 2 days before they even picked up my mower. They scheduled a three hour window for pick up and arrived 45 minutes late. Great Atmosphere! Great Customer Service! – I can only assume the previous two users had extenuating circumstances. Every time I've been in to this place of business I've been greeted kindly and felt right at home. We've had our equipment service by these folks for years and will continue going back. On one occasion I do remember it taking several weeks to get our lawn mower back, but there was a part on back-order which was beyond their control. Extremely poor service department - borderline unethical – It is difficult to describe it all here. But, in general I will not go back there and I would advise the same. I sure hope the good companies that put their good name and reputation in West Chester Lawn & Garden read these because it is a shame. Do not trust them with your equipment service.

Shoddy workmanship – These guys are slow to get your tool back and the workmanship is greatly lacking. I've taken both my Stihl and Toro equipment there and was disappointed both times. The first time I thought they just had an off day. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. After I took my mower there, I experienced the same poor service that came with a premium price tag. Unless you seek to spend a lot and get frustration in return, find somewhere else to go.
