My situation was dire. I quit smoking, but had not taken care of my teeth in years because of it. Dr. Boehm did not judge me, and did everything she could to bring me back to having a healthy mouth again. Their office made me feel so welcome and comfortable that I drive an hour to go there. This is an amazing place with an excellent staff. I recommend them to everyone I know.

MY FIRST VISIT WAS TODAY AND IT WAS MEMORABLE. JUST WHEN I THOUGHT CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS THROWN OUT OF THE WINDOW AND HAS BECOME HISTORY. THIS DENTAL OFFICE AND STAFF BROUGHT MY FAITH BACK. i hate the dentist... HATE the dentist. and i found dr. tran after my long-term dentist had burned my mouth while filling a cavity. dr. tran did the repair- and i really will NEVER go anywhere else. my hygienest- megan- is AWESOME- and i am now legitimately excited to go to the dentist twice a year! and on my most recent visit- i got to meet dr. boehm- who's equally amazing. after having my wisdom teeth pulled- i went six years without seeing a dentist- even though i had insurance. and if i hadn't found dr.tran's office- i d... read more

I have been going to West Chester Family Dentistry for about 10 years now. I was already happy before they moved to the new office because of the friendly associates and prompt service (no waiting!) and now I get to enjoy the amazing upgraded office equipped with top of the line technology including massage chairs and flat screen TVs. I actually look forward to my appointments :)

This office is wonderful. One of my fillings fell out early am and I did not have a dentist in the area. Luckily my aunt is a patient here and suggested I call them and the admin was able to squeeze me in before noon the same day. Everyone here is so sweet and I can officially say that they are now my dentist office of choice and I will continue to go back!
