RecommendedGreat experience at West Chester Cycles. Took my bike there a couple weeks ago to be inspected. Eric told me my bike needed a couple things to pass inspection. He did not push me to leave it there for the repairs. He did not even charge me for the failed inspection (he absolutely could have). Eric just told me what I needed, gave me some options and I was on my way. I made the repairs on my own and took the bike back today for the inspection. I was traveling back from Connecticut to Louisville, KY when I caught a flat tire on the PA turn pike this past Sun. I had my bike towed to the shop Sun night and Mon morning I was at the shop at 8a and the guys had me in an out by 10a. Exceptional customer service and reasonable prices! Thank you all again so much!
Honest, trustworthy and great people. Took my Can Am Spyder in for some work and it was fixed and out in a few minutes. I used to have to take it over an hour away. Not anymore, I'll be only be going to West Chester Cycles from now on!

We had both our bikes inspected today at West Chester Cycles. Mike was very helpful in giving us tips on keeping our older bikes running and what oils and filters to use. Great customer service.
West Chester Cycle is the best bike shop around. Would never take my bike anywhere else. Awesome service, awesome employees there. If I need my bike inspected I just go there and they get it done if they are not busy. Great customer service!!! Thanks guys for the hard work you do!!!
