These guys are the best. I have had my MTB almost totally rebuilt by them. The work is always excellent and the price is always fair. You can totally trust them. Best bike shop in the city especially for mountain bikes!
Great shop with great staff and they have the same bikes as other shops in the area at lower prices. Took three bikes in for tune ups and they charge less than most and Jim took time to explain the bikes, what needed adjusting, and even caught that my bike wasn't shifting well because one of the sprockets was installed backwards and I never told him I had any shifting issues to begin with. Great service by knowledgeable people. Such a contrast from the big box stores where you can't get help. They fixed my bicycle and suggested a digital pump which will make filling my tires so much easier! Quick service and a reasonable price. I won't go anywhere else.
After going to another area shop for years, I bought an Orbea online and they shipped it to West Chester Cyclery to set it up, and I have to say I'm extremely impressed. They not only helped me with a warranty issue, but they went way above and beyond, and they were so friendly about it the whole way. I'm very happy with my experience (and with Orbea).
