I've been taking my cats here for a long time. Usually get exceptional service including the front desk, the techs & the docs. But today they shocked & pissed me off. Not happy & may not return. The docs need to explain the costs of tests & procedures much better before performing.....especially on a cat who is fine but just "a little" dehydrated.
We have been going to West Chelsea vet since Dr Farber started on 10th Avenue. He and the practice doctored my cat Floyd in his last (18th) year. We adopted our cat Comet through West Chelsea/City Critters...we had Comet for 17 years, she was a "special needs" cat, having gone blind about halfway through her life. I've been going to this clinic for 14 years way back when they were by the west side location. Dr. Bourjaily saved my little Barty's life and he and I are so grateful. Thank you Dr. Bourjaily and to the wonderful staff!
