This physical therapy practice is one of the best I have experienced in the U.S. Dr. Lao does amazing work, is thorough and patient, and focuses on results driven work. Every time I went into the practice, all I could hear from other patients were words of encouragement and satisfaction with the immediate results.

got an appointment as a new patient really quickly. Dr Lao is the best PT i’ve ever been to! He took the time to explain what was going on and even was honest in saying I wont need to see him too often, which was refreshing to hear since most offices have been pitching a sale to me before i even get to see the Dr. I am so appreciative of his honesty and his knowledge. I felt better after one visit and that means the world!!

Westchase Orthopaedics & Rehabilitation is a well-managed, well organized and observably dedicated medical provider. Dr. Horan and Dr. Lao are superbly skilled, noticeably courteous and clearly interested in the wellbeing of their patients. Patrick J. Horan Is a good men. My story started in 2018 for 1 and a half years i suffered from chronic sinusitis and went from doctor to doctor hospital to hospital and no one could diagnose me. There was a point were I started to believe and developed psychosis and believed that my medical condition was just in my mind, but I kept fighting. My Husband made an appointment regards to his shoulder pain and it is lots of pain to the point it keeps him up at nights .So because of the Doctor's missing info on the script he did not fill it this weekend, so Monday comes along we go to the office to pick up the strip and DOCTOR IS NOT THERE EVEN HE PROMISED THE TAKE CARE OF IT!!!! WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Tap of everything he receptionist is VERY RUDE !!!!!
