DO NOT take your pets to this center. An "appointment" can mean nearly an all day trek. We had an "appointment" to spay our puppy, in the morning, so nothing to eat or drink after midnight. We dropped her off (an hour to do so) and expected a call in a few hours....8 hours later they called to ask a question because they were just getting started. The girls in front play games and leave you on hold for an average 15 minutes. Today I asked for my dog's anti-seizure medication to be refilled because his mail order was lost in the mail and he is out. They refused and are holding even a few days worth of his life saving anti-seizure medication, until I bring him in for $140 blood test on medication he has been taking for 2 years.
