Love this place. My family and I have been patients of this place for twenty or so years always professional and accommodating.
The care here is awesome. My problem is that they have a bad habit of cancelling your appointment BEFORE even talking to you, and then moving it weeks out. Twice now they have cancelled, and then moved, my infant’s vaccine appt a month out. How is he supposed to stay on the vaccine schedule if they keep rescheduling 3-5 weeks away?? Our original appt was for the first week of August, cancelled by the office, rescheduled for Sep 8, then cancelled by the office again, and they tried to set us for Sep 25.
