Ordered carpet for my living room, dining room, hallway and two sets of stairs from West Carpet. The salespeople were very helpful and nice when we shopped. Lots of choices and various price ranges to fit every budget. A representative came out the next day to measure and I was given a time frame between ordering and installation. This was not the first time we used West Carpets. Each time we were happy with our total experience from start to finish. Pete and Adelle are extremely pleasant to work with. Great selection of carpeting and flooring, hardworking crew, and installation was done to perfection each time. We look forward to working with them again in the future. What a pleasure to deal with this company from start to finish. They were referred to me by a relative. I was allowed to take home samples and see the carpeting in my own home. I touched and felt it before it was ever installed. Pete came out and measured, the guys came in and installed in two days. Everything was done to my satisfaction. They were very very professional. The crews Worked very hard. It’s like waking on a cloud. Thanks to all!
