Great Company to work with very friendly and easy to talk to. Very knowledgeable and on point with deliveries and installation. The installation team showed up on time and were very helpful and answered every question I asked. The end result came out much nicer than I expected and wish I would have done the floors sooner. Everything was smooth as glass. Went to the store. Cindy helped me pick out my rug in 10 minutes. Lynn Explained the measuring and came to measure the next week. My carpet was installed today. The guys were efficient and even insisted on vacuuming. Perfection.
I've been using West Carpets for over 30 years, for all our personal and business needs, their service, choice of carpets and other flooring solutions is fantastic. I appreciate the staff, from one of the owners Madeline, who helped me choose my carpet, and Cindy office contact person. The installers were very careful, skillful, and helpful with the furniture. We are very happy with the final results. The color is bright, just the look I hoped for.
Very best service and installation ever - Cindy and Jose helped me meet a challenging schedule, and Jimmy and crew did an exceptional and careful job on the installation. Could not be more pleased!
