My husband’s very large wound took a year of regulated monitoring to heal. Usually the staff were very efficient. They were also always friendly, recognizing our preschooler and asking how we’re doing with a genuine connection. The clinic is very clean. The doctors would brainstorm the best options for his wound care with my input. I didn’t feel helpless or useless!
