Poor client service from Evelyn. One word responses with zero suggestions to resolve issues and the after hours contact person was patronizing... oh my gosh, so frustrating!! Other sleep clinics will go the extra mile and provide after care. They will monitor sleep reports and let us know if there are any issues. They will also proactively contact us every year to service the CPAP machine. Avoid this place. There are much better clinics out there that provide excellent care.
