My upper radiator hose exploded on my BMW and I was left stranded. I got a ride to West Can Auto parts, but unfortunately they didn't have my hose in stock. I explained my situation that my car was on the side of the road and I was just trying to get home. I asked if they had any hoses in stock that would be of a similar shape with the same internal diameter. I called in earlier to the call center at about 3 pm to place two parts on hold. When I got to the location and entered the store the Clerk name LAK was so focused on his phone that he didn't acknowledge my presence! After few minutes he finally sees me standing in front of him and asked me what do I need. After telling him that I called earlier I have parts on my name he asked what are the parts, told him it's two ignition coil for my car. He handed me ONE box and charged me for two. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I've visited this business a few times in the last few months and I have to give them two thumbs up. Whether it's for a light bulb, windshield wiper, car battery, etc, I always find them so extremely helpful and accommodating. I don't often compare pricing on auto parts, but the pricing seems fair to me. Always leave with the part(s) I need without any stress and a smile on my face! Appreciate it West Can! Thank you
