I write this as I am sitting in the waiting area for our appt. I’ve not confronted the front desk ladies as we need to get seen and don’t want drama before that. The lady that checked us in was nice but the two ladies next to her were laughing extremely loudly and repeated what my dad said when my dad asked the lady to send a message. It was rude and disrespectful especially considering he’s elderly and fighting stage 4. Do better!
Sorry for the long post, Tuesday September 10 8:45 am - I called UT southwestern Urology department and got an appointment for my father in law. They confirmed it for 19th September Thursday at 2:30 pm. The lady I spoke was courteous and made sure to give me full address with the suite number. Dr. Jessica Abramowitz my endocrinologist is the best. Takes the time to make sure that I do understand everything. Also I have rare genetic disorder VHL, and Dr. Abramowitz is very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this doctor.
Very nice and professional nurses and Doctors,place is very clean and they make me feel comfortable.
