The Management is frustrating and over priced... they also wouldn’t let us resign without letting us know really frustrating to work with and not worth the money
Not all of the West Cambridge apartments are the same, or even run by the same management corporation. Parking sucks, and the AC is super loud, but everything else is alright. The owner is fast to respond and resolve issues. He is very thoughtful and reasonable as well. Best place out of home I've ever lived.
Internet is really bad during high traffic
Can be pricey for what you get as far as space and living accommodations, but for how close it is to campus and the fact that it has a washer/dryer, pretty darn good. - No bug problems - A little loud if you leave your windows open since it’s so close to the road - Great, friendly neighbors
Fairly well maintained. Close walk to campus, takes about 9-12 minutes to get into the heart of campus. Parking is not bad if you get a spot.
