Was in ER last evening. As a healthcare executive for more than 40 years (none at WCCH) I was very impressed with everything facilities, staff. Everybody from registration, triage, and medical staff both nurses and MDs very professional and caring. People who know me will be surprised at this but I have no suggestions for improvement. First time to use WCCH but now facity of choice

Wait time is under 15 minutes ....staff very sweet.....
Words cannot express how great of care we received today!!!! My son has special needs & after a horrible experience at another area hospital we choose to walk out & seek care elsewhere. I do not regret that decision one bit because WCCH was were we needed to be. Everyone was so accommodating & made a usually difficult experience go so well. Thank you WCCH for your care & compassion it was like no other!!!!
