very disappointed I can't leave a negative review. Last week, my children's father fell at the Brookshire shopping center. He was helped to his car. Our daughter was called, he couldn't get out of the car. She called an ambulance. He was taken to WCCH, they x-rayed his foot, sent him home saying nothing was wrong. He could not climb the steps into his home. A neighbor used a tractor to lift him into the house. The very next day, an ambulance was called, again, taken to WCCH hospital, same outcome...nothing wrong. Sen... read more

KILL CAM Worst hospital in my life! I would have rather died then go to that hospital! I went in having admodial pain and had to wait in the waiting room for an hour, after waiting there I had to wait 4 hours just for someone to help me! It took them another hour to help with my pain, stuck me 4 times for a catherder which they couldn't figure out the first time! When they needed to draw blood are stick an iv in me they couldn't do it I left looking like a darn pin cushion.

My elderly mother was on the phone with me when security began screaming at her for asking if a man could run her home due to the fact that we lost our car during Hurricane Laura! Screaming! Then made her leave off the premises while awaiting Lyft and refused to give her name! No tact whatsoever... This hospital was already a joke, but now I am just furious about how my mother was treated! Disgusting! I wouldn't even give them one star!

My daughter was due an infusion and was unable to have it due to the hurricane, I messaged the hospital and we worked together to send what was needed for her to have her infusion in Texas. They are over working their nurses and taking advantage of the ones that take their job with love, Grace , and mercy. God I pray you remove the unhealthy staff that takes authoritative selfishness and replace them with guidance of love, kindness, compassion, selflessness, and love with the heart of Jesus in the mighty name of Jesus Amen. Cal cam Put your hurricane staff in play and give the over worked nurses a breath of fresh air. You are only worth your weakest link. Your nurses are exhausted. Put your hurricane staff in t... read more

Worst place i could've dealt with. The triage nurse was so rude and so hateful. The people y'all have there obviously hate their jobs. We met 1 person that was actually nice and you could tell she loved her job. As for the rest they need to go or y'all need to have a long talk!
