Fucking ridiculous. I had an appointment set up, called to reschedule for earlier, there wasnt anything available, so they said i could keep my original appointment. I go in on my appointment day? They fucking cancelled the appointment i had waited a month for. I made a new appointment. It was supposed to be today but they FUCKING CANCELLED IT AGAIN. very disappointed I can't leave a negative review. Last week, my children's father fell at the Brookshire shopping center. He was helped to his car. Our daughter was called, he couldn't get out of the car. She called an ambulance. He was taken to WCCH, they x-rayed his foot, sent him home saying nothing was wrong. He could not climb the steps into his home. A neighbor used a tractor to lift him into the house. WCCH Administration/Nursing Time to Clean House, City of Sulphur deserves Better!!! Repeatedly Patients and Family, complained about Rude, Unprofessional nursing Staff Sheriff Department, Sulphur Police, Acadian Ambulance are in agreement, WCCH services are a Joke !!!
October 28th, 2023 my daughter went into early labor with complications. The nurses, doctors, operating crew, anesthesia and on call pediatric doctor worked as a great team to save my daughter and granddaughter's lives with an emergency C-section. Their care before, during and after was wonderful. I am so thankful we have our local hospital and such wonderful professionals here to help in times of need. Both Momma and Baby are well and home. Thank you to WCCH staff and doctors!
Worst hospital ever refuse to run blood test to see what’s wrong I haven’t ate in 4 days and very sick for 3 weeks so she says might be stomach bug wow.
