No one answers the phone, no representatives return calls or emails. Their bills have no explanation of the fees whatsoever. Terrible management company!! I hope my HOA finds a new one soon.
If I could leave zero stars, I would have. I am not a resident of an association that is managed by West Broward, I am a vendor that deals with West Broward. They are horrible. I am never paid on time. Right now they are several months behind on several owed invoices. IF YOU ARE A HOA DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am warning you. I know over 20 associations that are no the verge of dropping them.
