Riff raff posted up in the parking lot every night and by the side door which is the main entrance to the building. People casually smoking weed and doing hookah in the stairway. Trash in the hallways. Filthy carpet throughout the building that hasn't been cleaned or replaced in years so the building reeks. Stray cats everywhere.
