Stephen was on top of my situation very fast.Hecwas honest and up front about the outcome of my emergency visit.
Great customer service. I was 30 minutes early but the Service writer welcomed me and suggested I wait in the customer lounge where I enjoyed a nice fresh brewed coffee. My car was finished and I was in my way in one hour.

My wife and I purchased a KIA Carnival Hybrid van from West Broad Kia this past weekend. The weather was cloudy, windy, and cold and the cars on the lot were covered with snow.
