Stephen has been exceptional through out this entire summer! My engine blew in May of this year and him and his team went above and beyond in helping me figure out what to do in the meantime. If I ever buy another Kia it will be because of the consideration and compassion he had while helping me out.
Special thank you to Adam at Service and Maz at Sales for exceptional service and attention to detail for our Kia Sorento. We had booked an appointment through the AI system (which thankfully they have deactivated). When I went for the appointment, Adam couldn't find me on their calendar and it was because of AI glitches. I had the text message showing my appointment details. Adam, the Service Associate who took care of the scheduled service on our 2024 Niro, did essentially everything right: friendly, accommodating, and sincere. The service was quick, exceeding my expectations. Adam went over suggested service (as they always do) and provided good advice. Nice job.
