I love Kia cars and our family has 4 currently. However, service is very shoddy. It's 5:05 pm and I am still waiting on a call to pick up my car from it's 8:30 am service appt. This was a standard mileage service and nothing was wrong. Seriously considering taking our cars to a different Kia dealership for service even if they are further away.
