Consider carefully using their service department. We purchased our Odyssey from West Broad Honda back in 2020 and have begrudgingly been getting it serviced there since until today. After several poor experiences with their customer service, they have finally pushed me over the edge and I will never step foot in their shop again. The situation was this: our sliding door wouldnt properly close. We paid $170 diagnostic fee for them to come back with a $500 sensor ***air. Not fun, but ok. We went to test the door at pick up. Since 2018 All 4 door latch assemblies have been replaced twice on my **** ***** *****. The latch assemblies are the locking mechanism in the side of the door that connects and moves when you hit the lock/unlock buttons of the doors or use the key fob. These repairs are in a span of 26 thousand miles (the car now has 80,000 miles) and the issue is the doors will not open with the buttons in the door or on the fob. The door locks have not gone bad all at once, but either in single doors or sometimes multiples. Cost of the rep... read more

Moving from a state using only one license plate to Virginia which requires 2, I needed a bracket to mount the front plate. And a state inspection. And why not mount the plates at the same time - just 4 more screws. Oh, and a tire light was on - typically a pressure difference between two or more tires...usually around a seasonal temperature change. I expected, if lucky, no charge for mounting license plates, complimentary tire pressure check. Clearly you pay for an inspection and installing the two screws to attach that lic... read more

I have an old ***** ******that I cherish. It is a ****, has low mileage, and has needed little maintenance. Recently, the battery died. After replacing it, “code” showed up on my radio. I called West Broad Honda and was told i needed the serial number off of the radio. When I asked where it was located, it was recommended I bring it in. For just $******, they would pull out my radio, find the serial number, and enter the code. $******. I told the man he was awesome, hung up, and googled my problem. There was a code in the ow... read more

Business response:

From the time Honda started putting anti-theft codes into radios, until 2001 there were four ways to retrieve the serial number and/or the anti-theft code for a radio. 1. Off the credit card sized card that was put in the new car packet at PDI (the anti-theft code and the radio serial number were both on this card.) 2. The serial number was sometimes put on a sticker and placed inside the glovebox by the PDI technician. 3. The PDI technician was supposed to write the anti-theft code down inside the PDI booklet, this often di... read more
