I have no idea how or why my original review was 1-blank and 2-four stars, because living here was a nightmare from start to finish. Take this review with a grain of salt, however, because many of the issues were due to management that is no longer involved with the building, and they may have resolved some things (like the massive roach infestation) in the past six years. Sydney was wonderful to work with. We viewed several apartments, she answered my questions, and followed up via email to make sure all was ok with the process. She helped to ensure I had everything I need to finish my application process. I enjoyed her professionalism and friendliness. I'm excited for a change in my apartment, and looking forward to my time with mezzo Loft.
