Let me start off by saying Morgan is truly nothing short of amazing! From my tour to leasing my apartment, and even now, she has been on top of every single request asked at Mezzo. I received a new toilet because of her, I got my stairs painted, and she always brings any concerns straight to management. I appreciate her so much. I have no idea how or why my original review was 1-blank and 2-four stars, because living here was a nightmare from start to finish. Take this review with a grain of salt, however, because many of the issues were due to management that is no longer involved with the building, and they may have resolved some things (like the massive roach infestation) in the past six years.
