Problems after problems even before moving in. The elevator is ALWAYS down every month , they take forever to fix the problem, up to a week of walking up and down 5 flights of stairs with knee problems. I have been overcharged a couple of times and if i dont call and say something they wouldve not fixed the amount charged. I was not given any type of information as in the laundry code to the door, the app to open doors, i was only aware after 4 months of staying there because of the neighbors. Crooks!!! Lived in a 400sq ft apt with extreme water damage for the entirety of my lease. Called maintenance 4 times about it, they told me there was nothing to do. No windows, only one skylight. The ceiling above the kitchen has disintegrated. Dripping all night. Also, they owe me money, to which I've contacted them about multiple times since September of last year (It's January).
In my search of looking for an apartment so far, I am disappointed the most in the customer service of Mezzo Lofts. I came here during their open office hours with the doors locked. I called every single number listed, no answer. I then scheduled an appointment for 2 weeks out, yet, here I am once again outside with the door's locked and no one's answering the phone. This is extremely frustrating.
Beautiful building & beautiful units! Staff was very knowledgeable, polite & accommodating.
