Just moved here and great property with great management.
IF YOU MOVE HERE. do not move into any of the units that are on the side of the building next to juans cantina. Its a rooftop bar with a party many (6)nights of the week. Only during the summer though, the winter months are fine, They removed my last review that mentioned this with videos. I posted videos with an example where the DJ is (screaming) talking about the basic Tuesday night karaoke so I thought i would take a quick video to show an example of the noise on a WEEKDAY. i drove an hour to tour this property only to be told once i got there i needed to meet them a block away from the property. this wasn’t communicated in the email when i scheduled it nor was i provided any other information. i wont be bothering here again and i wouldn’t recommend a weekend tour despite you “being able to”. FYI to a prospective tenants.
ABSOLUTE WORST 11 months of my life. Our roommate had a mental breakdown and couldn’t stay here any longer. First off, the music is EXTREMELY loud, and se*ual, which causes me to panic (as I’ve been a victim to that type of abuse as well as my girlfriend). However my experience is nowhere NEAR as bad as my girlfriends, she started having psychological seizures due to extreme distress from hearing domestic violence, VERY LOUD MUSIC, vulgarity from the blaring music, deejays screaming and EVEN barking, not even exaggerating.
